We accept admissions applications year-round. Spaces are extremely limited, so you are encouraged to apply early
We have an open admissions policy, meaning you can apply for your child to join us at any time of year. As a nursery school we are not tied to academic years in quite the same way as schools, so children can start with us and/or leave at any time of year.
When to apply
The majority of students start in August / September each year, to be broadly in line with their siblings starting the new academic year at international schools in Qatar.
Spaces are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. You are strongly advised to apply as early as possible.
Book your tour
As a first step, we encourage you to visit the nursery to meet the Manager. She will give you a guided tour of our facilities and discuss your particular needs and concerns.
Reserve your place
Payment of a QR1,500 non-refundable Registration Fee is required to reserve a confirmed place in the nursery.
Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee a place until this has been received.
Submit an Application Form
Before starting a child at the nursery, you will be required to pay the fees, submit a signed Application Form, and provide the following documentation:
- copy of child's passport and Qatar ID
- copy of father's Qatar ID
- copy of mother's Qatar ID
- copy of child's immunisation record
- details of any medical issues
- completed and signed Application Form (including the Consent and Fee sections)
- completed “All About Me Form”, to introduce your child to their teacher
